Technical Problems

PostNL has had a malfunctioning of IPS on Wednesday the 18th of December.
During December 18th between 11 am and 6pm data of the Local database of IPS was not replicated to the National IPS database.
Due to this issue no tracking-events were sent towards other systems. So tracking data of this specific timeframe is not available for other countries at the moment.
PostNL are working on a solution to have the missing data available in IPS as soon as possible.
Their estimate is that it will be solved in the 2nd week of 2020.
PostNL apologizes for any inconvenience caused by this issue.
