A National strike is planned for Friday 14 December in Belgium. As result, mail and parcel delivery delays of 24 hours are expected along with delays to mail transiting through Belgium.
France

Protest actions in France have been ongoing for the last few days. It has been reported that their services are still affected in the areas where the protests are active. Mail delivery within France can still suffer delays due to the road blocks.
Italy

Poste Italiane has advised that severe weather conditions since November 20 are impacting delivery services in parts of Italy.
USA

Please be advised that due to blizzard conditions in the USA, potential delivery delays are to be expected in North Carolina and Virginia.
Canada

Canada Post informs on December 13 that the embargo on mail items arriving from designated operators was lifted on November 27 following the end of a strike. Canada Post expects the situation regarding international post items to normalize in January 2019.
Uruguay

Correo Uruguayo asks us to inform that, the country’s postal worker association, has started a legal strike and only letters post containing documents will be processed and delivered.
